  • In short, there are mainly two ways of working with recruitment companies - Contingency and Retainer.
  • A Contingency agreement is a very simple "No Cure - No Pay" relationship where you only pay a service fee upon successful placement of candidate(s). Sounds great - and you will most often also get you candidate within 3-60 days.
  • With a Retainer agreement you are a full tailor-made search where we commit to apply team resources to find and attract a lot of candidates. This retainer agreement gives you access to more candidates, weekly reports with updates and it will give you a great knowledge about the work force in your field of industry. A retainer fee normally equals 1-2 months of the expected salary for the position in question.
Both Contingency and Retainer agreements have the purpose of getting you the right candidate ASAP!
