We are a great source to get candidates from for urgent and difficult job openings, but we are not the only source you have. While we are applying our network- and headhunting methods, you are still welcome to use your own sources and other sources to attract candidates.

• Our service is all about finding, evaluating and presenting the job opening to candidates you would normally not get in touch with through your own sources.

• In other words, instead of offering the job to the best candidate you have available, you hire us to increase the talent pool and thus the chance of getting the right person for the job

• Most job markets, including China and Singapore, are candidate driven markets where there is a demand for experienced talent. This means that the top 25% of candidates within a field of industry/function are in high demand. Many of these candidates are in great jobs today, too busy to think of a new job and certainly to busy to search/apply for such. You hire us to introduce new openings to them and to offer them an introductory meeting.

• This also means that most of these candidates do not apply for jobs themselves, they will go through recruitment firms. This save them time, often gives them more options if they are involved with more than one recruitment firm and at the end of the day it will also most often be through a recruitment company that they change job.
