How we work?
We are One Team – depending on the functions/industries, we will assign the most relevant headhunter(s) to executive on the Search
We spend 99% of our time on candidate search for our clients we sign up with, i.e. we are not spamming randomly chosen CVs out to clients!
We work both on Retained and Contingency basis (see info on “Retainer &. Contingency Search” – there is a clear difference in the commitment level from both sides)
We have helped many firms in China, especially Scandinavian SMEs who needs to recruit for further expansion of their production, sourcing and sales in China.
Our 3 KPI’s used within the office are all client oriented:
Getting 3+ candidates sent to you within 4 weeks (can be done in 95% of cases), and a few more candidates are normally added during the interview process if needed
Quality of info in CV, including motivation for job changes and focus on execution of projects/responsibilities by candidate (the candidate info is very clear to you!)
Your Interview with short-listed candidates results in 2nd interviews also!
